• Payment Terms
  Payment is due upon purchase of service or product. We accept payment through paypal, money orders, or checks. In the use of check, products or services will be given two weeks after checks have been received in order that they have an opportunity to clear. In the event a check does not clear, request will be made for a money order or use of paypal. Merchandise should arrive within six to eight weeks but every effort will be made to have it arrive within two to four weeks. There are no guarantees in coaching as success depends on everyone. Cancellation of coaching must be made within 24 hours of the session or the charge remains. Coaching slots are limited but every effort will be made to reschedule to a more convenient time for all parties.

• Privacy
  We do not sell or give out your identity or any of your contact information to third parties unless it is to fulfill orders placed by you or to provide the services you have requested. We view you as a customer or client and respect the relationship you have with us. 'We " is defined as the staff, employees, and third parties hired to fulfill services and purchases of Kids Out Now, L.L.C. owned and operated by Ellen Gibran-Hesse. Unless requested by law for your identity information, this is a confidential relationship as to identity. If you are asking a question for the blog, you may change your name or we will change it unless you state otherwise. We reserve the right to discuss your general situation without your identity as an example of the struggles and resolutions parents are encountering. We do collect non-personal information in your use of the website such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system and the like to assess website traffic and patterns. We may also collect demographic information to assess the readership of the website. In all of these, your personal information remains private and confidential as explained. We will periodically update our terms and conditions as we include more services and products and will make notation of the date of those changes. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
• Cookies
  We do use "cookies" which is common and typical in the website industry. Cookies are a small text or data file that is placed on your computer hard drive when you access our website. Cookies will identify your browser and record your use of the website so that we can improve our website. Any personally identifying data will be treated with the same protections we use when you disclose that information for purchases. From time to time, we furnish links to other useful sights. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or cookie use. It is always best when entering a website to make sure that the privacy policy is acceptable to you.
• Fraud
  There are scam artists who will send you e-mails purportedly from us. They may look like our website or our address and it may send you to a third party address in a link. We do not send out e-mails requesting you to verify your personal information. When in doubt about any e-mail that comes from us, type in our website address yourself and go there. Then click on "contact" to verify any e-mail concerns. To report fraudulent activity, contact the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-FTC-Help.
• Your Responsibilities
  It is up to you to keep us appraised of changes to your contact information and personally identifying information.
